
 1.0 Quotes:
1.1 All quotes supplied by Tagstra are valid for only 1 month unless stated otherwise on your quote. If the quote is not accepted by signing and returning to Tagstra with a deposit (see “2.0 Payment Terms” below) within 1 month of the date of the quote then a new quote must be obtained.
 2.0 Payment Terms:
1.1 The client will be invoiced for fifty percent (50%) of the total signed quote and Tagstra requires this amount to be paid before work will commence on the website.
1.2 The client will be invoiced for the balance owing on completion of the work unless otherwise stated in your quote. Tagstra requires the client to pay the final amount within 7 days from the date of the invoice. Payment must be made in full before the website is put up “live” on the internet or a copy made available to the client.
1.3 Should Tagstra be unable to complete the website, within 30 days of the client signing the website proposal and paying a deposit, due to the client’s inability to supply the necessary documentation, then Tagstra reserves the right to invoice the client for any work completed to date. The client agrees to pay this amount within 7 days of the invoice date
1.4 The client will be invoiced for the balance owing on completion of the work unless otherwise stated in your quote. Tagstra requires the client to pay the final amount within 7 days from the date of the invoice. Payment must be made in full before the website is put up “live” on the internet or a copy made available to the client.
1.5 Accounts that remain unpaid 14 days after the invoice due date will forfeit all free website submissions included in the quote.
1.6 Payments can be made by cheque, money order, direct bank deposit or via Paypal and all payments must me made in AU $ funds.
1.7 Credit card payments made via Paypal will incurr $17 surcharge per transaction.
1.8 Maintenance Payment - Rates will become effective if one of the following is met (a) the original site has been created and paid for in full. (b) otherwise stated in writing by a Tagstra representative. Maintenance will be charged out at the current Maintenance Rate and will be charged in 15 minute blocks. A minimum charge of quarter hour will apply. Tagstra has the right to decide if a job meets a maintenance or development title. If the job meets a development title then the development rate will be applicable
 3.0 Cancellations:
3.1 Project Postponement Payment - If a project is postponed or cancelled after more than 50% completion by anyone other than Tagstra, then the balance of works will be invoiced and then completed at the customers continuation date (if any). If the project is cancelled before 50% completion then a refund will be issued minus charges accumulated by Tagstra or any 3rd party costs that Tagstra occurred during the project. These prices will be calculated at Tagstra’s standard web development rate based on the hours already spent including any 3rd party costs. Setup costs are not refundable. Administration costs will also be applicable. Percentage of works completed will be calculated on current hours spent minus current hours quoted. Proof in the form of a project time sheet will be provided to the customer.
3.2 The client must advise Tagstra by telephone and in writing of the request not to proceed with work.
 4.0 Website Content:
4.1 Tagstra entirely owns all the working files on the site and copyright of all material on the Site. All registered or unregistered trade marks used on the Site are the property of their respective owners. Tagstra does not authorises you to print, copy, reproduce, download and view materials on the Site.
4.2 Clients are required to ensure that the content of their website meets all the current Australian legislation regarding publications. The client shall further indemnify Tagstra in respect of any claims, costs and expenses that may arise from any material included in their site by Tagstra at the client’s request.
4.3 Tagstra reserves the right not to include any material supplied by the client if Tagstra deems it inappropriate or offensive.
4.4 Clients will be solely responsible for supplying the content of the Web Page/undertakings. Tagstra is not responsible for proofreading any content unless specifically agreed.
 5.0 Supply of Information:
5.1 Proposals assume that you will provide Tagstra with all information, either in digital or hard copy to enable Tagstra to design and complete the website.
5.2 Hard copy to be provided on white A4 paper in clean typed 12pt/10pt text. .
5.3 Good quality brochures/flyers/A4 posters are also acceptable.
5.4 Digital document files are acceptable in the following formats: Microsoft Works, WordPad, Word, Excel, Publisher, .txt, .rtf. Others please enquire.
5.5 Image Files are acceptable in the following formats: .gif, .jpeg, .tif. Others please enquire.
5.6 Photos/images can be postcard to A4 size, slides 35mm up to postcard size.
5.7 Multimedia files are acceptable in the following formats: .wav, .mp3, .mpeg, .wma,.avi,.flv. Others please enquire.
